We are on a mission to expand and develop new digital solutions that are based on emerging technologies.KONE IT is part of the KONE Technology and Innovation (KTI) unit with an aim to help KONE people to perform at their best.We are now looking forSolution Design Owner, People Flow Sales SolutionsAs a Solution Desing Owner you are accountable for the functional and non-functional design of Residential Flow Sales Tool and in addition support cross-functional solutions where People flow related service offering are needed to support the sales process of new equipment and services. Additionally, you get to support channels like KONE Online that are utilized by customers to collaborate and follow-up the value of respective acquired.The position is based in Chennai, India and reports to Solution OwnerMain responsibilities

• Actively contribute to design solutions supporting the sales of new service solutions.
• Run the business requirement analysis process with Solution Owner, business stakeholders, process owners and developers and help to prioritize business requirements for coming releases
• Responsible for maintaining data models and equipment characteristics in format of documentation and/or data structure to ensure the systems are up-to-date according to the service offering. Collaborate with peer solutions (e.g. CRM, SAP, KTOC) to keep the data updated and maintain product characteristics according to releases.
• Participate in creation of the Solution Roadmap with the Solution Owner and business stakeholders.
• Actively manage the backlog of the solution ensuring the right set of priorities, estimates and definitions are up-to-date for sprint planning to input work for development team
• Compile, review and maintain required solution documentation and related KONE Way documents
• Participate in global development projects and continuous development to ensure that the built solution meets business requirements while maximizing use of standard functionalities
• Responsible for own solution deployments and supporting front lines to drive process and tool adoption
• Supporting and facilitating the key user community.

Requirements for the role

• Degree in IT / Business Administration / Engineering or relevant experience. MBA is competitive advantage
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional design, e.g. in a role as business analyst, solution or product designer
• At least 7 years of experience in driving the technical implementation of web solutions with special focus on sales processes & industrial equipment products
• Experience working with Salesforce and SAP platforms is advantage
• Experience in working in an international environment with ability to perform in virtual organizations
• Very good collaboration and communication skills in English, ability to work independently, and ability to work in virtual teams in a multicultural environment
• Experience implementing complex product bills of material into existing data models. Knowledge of elevators or escalators products are a plus.
• Proven experience in working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
