This staff position is part of BNY Mellon s Corporate Treasury Data and Technology Strategy team and will support the research, gathering, and analysis of data required for liquidity and interest rate risk analytics and regulatory reporting. The successful candidate will have a foundational knowledge around financial products, treasury, capital and ALM functions related to products/services and data architecture. The team member will be involved with the sourcing of data and governance processes (RCSA, control testing, KPI and KRI development) used to manage and control the quality of data in the Corporate Treasury data platform. The team member will participate in the support and redevelopment of the Corporate Treasury data governance framework in alignment with Corporate policy and regulatory requirements.In addition to Microsoft product proficiency, a knowledge of SQL or other related tool/language for querying, investigating and documenting data and rules in our platform is required. Knowledge of Database structure is a plus. This role will include building functions to test the validity and accuracy of data, reporting on unexpected/undesired results and written documentation.QualificationsBachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Degree in math, engineering, statistics, finance or economics preferred.
