  • This role is part of technology production support for critical finance regulatory reporting system (application) in Bank
  • Oracle PL/SQL development & support expertise along with working knowledge of Linux scripting & batch scheduler (Control-M preferable).
Role expectation: -
  • L1/L2 production support monitoring batch activities, handling technical queries / issues.
  • Need to work on shift-based activities
  • On regular basis check on support mails or tickets or JIRA and work on each item assigned
  • Handle data quality queries from users, work extensively on PL/SQL code analysis to resolve the issue
  • Identify & Automate the various manual tasks in day to day production support
  • Understand the functional usage of the application and work closely with business stakeholders clarifying their queries
  • Maintain various support documents / KPIs like SLA, OLA, ASRM, runbook, etc
  • Adhere to Bank s policies & procedures
  • Work closely with DEV team to get transition on new projects
  • Raise defects to L3 team on repeated issues.
  • Follow Agile tools/process wherever possible
