Job Description

    Job SummaryTimely issuance of data to the customer, follow-up for order confirmation and coordination for on time payment to suppliers.Coordinating with vendors for an actual delivery status of the material.On time completion of RMA Requests and Ageing Report for reviewTo meet or exceed desired service levels and inventory targets as defined for the products assigned, validated through KPI metricsCoordinate with Internal Business Partner (requestor) and Supplier for Work Order processes.Select supplier for placing new RMA request in accordance with approved RTV list.To identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of procurement processesPerform root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues.Prepare Customised reports for analysing and incorporating improvements in processesJob CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainFlex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
