This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.JOB PURPOSE:This role is responsible for ensuring that BAU is managed to the agreed SLAs. The role is also responsible for key stakeholder engagement and building the right organizational strength and capabilities within the team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Build domain expertise within team for Liquidity reporting aspectsOversee the management of key risks and issues and drive resolutionComply, Monitor, Validate and Report all Key Performance Indicators within the overall service delivery framework. This includes identification, measurement, monitoring and control of all thresholds set as part of Governance Framework of the bankProvide guidance / support to Projects to drive strategic solution in-line with the business needsEstablish adequate documentation around new functionalities, Processes, SLA changes, Target Operating Model and other Operational Checklists.Actively participate and contribute in all ongoing change management initiatives to enhance the Liquidity Reporting framework that is aligned with the regulatory and bank s technology objectivesProactively drive resolution of data quality issues affecting Liquidity KPIs (e.g. LCR, NSFR etc.) by working with various stakeholdersProcess and Service Management:Identify opportunities to remove process waste, engage in standardisation of various reporting packs and encourage, drive and support automation initiatives thereby reduce / remove the non-value adds in the process.Establish robust control and governance on the processDrive productivity and achieve cost efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives.Drive a culture to capture appropriate metrics for tracking actual hours/ standard hours/ errors etcEnsure detailed documentation and it is up to date for all processesTargets and Budgets:Ownership of the assigned budget and management of across the reporting teamEnsure all queries for submitted reports are reverted within timelines.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:Essential:Finance Professionals (Chartered Accountant) or Under-Graduation in Engineering + MBA (Finance) from a reputed institutionStrong experience in managing Service Delivery; exposure to reporting function will be an added advantageStrong analytical skillsGood understanding of banking products / OperationsDomain skills on Basel Reporting / Regulatory Reporting, Liquidity Management or Reporting, Liquidity Coverage Ratio, Net Stable Funding Ratio, Asset-Liability Management or other Balance Sheet reporting10 to 12 years of relevant experienceAny other Professional certification like FRM or CFA will be an added advantageKEY RELATIONSHIPS:Head, Centre of Expertise, LiquidityHead, Treasury RiskRegional Head, Treasury RiskTreasury Modelling & PlatformsTreasury Modelling & Platforms & Change CoE partnersKEY MEASURES:Meet or exceed the service levels agreed with business stakeholdersProductivity and process improvement initiativesFeedback from key business stakeholders on quality of reports and analysisApply now to join the Bank for those with big career ambitions.To view information on our benefits including our flexible working please visit our career pages .
