Job Description

    We are looking for an intuitive, trustworthy, customer-obsessed and self-motivated Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity to join a high performing and growing team with plenty of new challenges & responsibilities for you to grow and further your professional career.As an Sr. Operations Admin to CXQO leaders, you ll have the opportunity to work in partnership with our Leaders, key business partners, and a solid team of other Sr. Operations Admin. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with experience using sound judgment while working in a fast paced, goal-oriented, ever changing work environment, and have excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities to complete a high volume of complex tasks with minimal to no supervision. We are looking for someone who wants to be more than just an Admin and is a detail oriented planner with a demonstrated ability to communicate and respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility and a sense of humor.Key job responsibilities
    • Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements for several executives;
    • Coordinating individual and group travel to domestic and/or international locations - Tracking key deliverables of the organization
    • Expenses and budget management
    • Plan & execute employee engagement activities
    • Communication Management (internal communications and announcements, presentation edits, internal & external email communications, etc.).
    • Project Management (meeting agendas, employee engagement activities, and/or reporting)
    • Event Planning(team events, org-wide events, celebrations, etc.)
    ,
    • 2+ years in an administrative role supporting multiple senior managers (calendar management, meeting coordination, travel coordination, event planning, etc.)
    • 2+ years of Project Management/Project Coordination Experience (goal & project tracking, reporting, process improvement, etc.)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
    • Exceptional English written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • A terrific work ethic accompanied by an ever-positive, get-it-done attitude
    • Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment; flexible
    • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company.
    • Comfortable to work in evening shifts, and sometimes stretch as per work requirements including holidays, nights and weekends.
    • Ability to travel occasionally and as required, which may include overnight trips
    • Bachelor s Degree
    • 3+ years of project management experience.
    • Excellent organization, planning, time management, and problem-solving skills
    • Highly motivated, organized, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
    • Ability to take on increased responsibilities as the position advances
    • Positive, proactive, and able to consistently exercise great judgment
    • Ability to handle administrative details independently, while keeping team members adequately informed
    • Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the Team
    • Ability to prioritize and react with appropriate levels of urgency to multiple situations, requests and events that require quick response or turnaround
    • Has effectively managed a high volume of work and performed efficiently
    • A demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities
    • Experience working a large, tech, start-up, and/or international corporate environment
