ITIL Foundation certification is beneficial, Experience with Microsoft Azure/Autopilot/Intune, CCNA or MCSA certification is beneficial but not essential With excellent communication skills, they should be able to walk customers, in any global region, through problems, helping remotely when required for a variety of software and hardware issues. Experience with PowerShell and creating scripts for use in Microsoft Office 365, Azure and on-premise.
