Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Understanding the design and analysis requirements. Giving estimates for meshing the models in Hypermesh and preparing the decks(SOL200,SOL103,SOL101,SOL111,SOL108) for Nastran. Preferably from Tractor Domain/ Off- highway Industry.Strong understanding of Dynamic analysis, FEM, FEA, Transient Analysis, Frequency response & Optimization skills.Knowledge on Vibration analysis of Seating Systems, Fender, Platform, steering Column and skid will be an added advantage Should be able to build finite element Model for full vehicle assembly. Should have good understanding of different types of connections like spot and seam welding, shell and solid Modelling (Tetra/Hexa).Should be capable of building the decks within stipulated deadlines.Should be able to apply loads and Boundary conditions required for Dynamic analysis. Software Skills (1) Meshing - Hypermesh (2) Solvers - Nastran (3) Post processing - Hyperview Experience The candidate should have 2-3 years of hands on experience on Hypermesh/ Nastran.
