Job Description

    Straive is looking for the HR MIS Executive. Please refer the below details. JD:
    • Sound knowledge in Excel, Power point and MS office
    • Prepare daily/Weekly/Monthly report and dashboard
    • Maintaining SOP(Standard Operating Procedures) for the process
    • Preparing formal offer and appointment letter
    • Maintaining direct cost data. such as Job portals/External recruiting fee and other cost related to the hiring of a new employee
    • Interaction with the HR team for the data collection and maintaining the proper DB
    • Invoice handling
    • Streamlining the HR MIS data in the available tool.
