    1. Team Leadership:
      • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of production staff to achieve operational excellence.
      • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
    2. Production Management:
      • Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring compliance with production schedules and quality specifications.
      • Collaborate with planning and logistics teams to meet customer demand efficiently.
    3. Quality Assurance:
      • Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain Daburs high standards.
      • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections, addressing any issues promptly.
    4. Process Optimization:
      • Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
      • Implement best practices to enhance productivity while maintaining product integrity.
    5. Inventory Management:
      • Manage inventory levels to meet production demands and minimize excess stock.
      • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
    6. Safety and Compliance:
      • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
      • Conduct regular safety training sessions and implement measures to create a secure working environment.
    7. Performance Monitoring:
      • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes.
      • Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and enhance overall productivity.
    8. Communication:
      • Facilitate effective communication between production teams, cross-functional departments, and upper management.
      • Provide regular reports on production performance and contribute to strategic discussions.
    9. Training and Development:
      • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs for production team members.
      • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, operations management).
    • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
