Job Description

Supply Chain Analyst IN, Chennai | Professional | Full-Time | ID: 12510Vestas is the world leader in wind technology and a driving force in the development of the wind power industry. Come and join us at Vestas!Supply Chain & Repair, SDC Chennai, SIOPAt Vestas, Service SIOP (Sales, Inventory Operations Planning) we are constantly optimizing the service supply chain in order to deliver on time to our customers, and at the same time have an optimized supply chain with low inventory and efficient setup.Responsibilities

  • Processing of defective returns in SAP by PO creation
  • Preparing and sending a transport request
  • Preparation of safety stock estimates for new Sites(Vestas and Multi Brand)
  • Preparation of Monthly control tower for a regional meeting
  • Another ad-hoc Methodical request including root cause analysis and report generation
  • Process Automation and efficiency improvement
Qualifications
  • Preferably bachelors graduate in any stream
  • 2-4 years of experience from a global international supply chain function within production, Material planning, or spare parts /service environment
  • Solid understanding in inventory planning e.g. in a global distribution network
  • Exposure to working with international stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience in SAP(Must)
  • Experience or Exposure to SQL/Power BI is good to have but not mandatory
Competencies
  • High-quality Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good Stakeholder Management & Team-oriented person
  • Ability to work on Ambiguity to provide clarity and sail through the murky water
  • Not restricting himself/herself within the Roles & Responsibilities boundaries and willingness to reach out for getting things done
