Job Description

*Description: The Machine Visualization System engineer works as a member of Machine visualization Team to help maximize the value of the visualization product and defines the work for multiple Scrum Development Teams. The System engineer s primary task is to create and manage the visualization Product Roadmap and Backlog and to ensure everyone knows the priorities of the Product. The System engineer is accountable for driving the Roadmap for multi year Machine visualization platform Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
  • Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
  • Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
  • Elicits, analyses, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders (customers or end users).
  • Researches, reviews, and analyses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
  • Analyses and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
  • Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
  • Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
  • Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
  • Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
  • Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
  • Participate in Sprint Planning meetings, Reveals and Retrospectives.
  • Assists with the elaboration of epics, themes and features into user stories that are small enough, or granular enough, to be achieved in a single sprint.
  • Owns the acceptance criteria of Epics
  • Inspect the product progress at the end of every Sprint and accept or reject the work that has been done by the Development Team.
  • Act as the voice of the team, communicating status externally.
  • Be a good role model of Scrum values; understand the framework and the roles of each team member.
, * Qualifications / Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree preferably in computer science, information systems, communications, engineering or related field with 9+ years of experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading a technical team while simultaneously managing multiple projects
  • 3+ years of experience with the Agile methodology
  • Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
