Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Working knowledge on Agile methodologies, and Agile SDLC milestones, practices & ceremonies
    • Interfaces with project staff and client management teams regarding status of projects and reflect in JIRA dashboard.
    • Good command over JIRA, and familiarity with confluence.
    • Recommends and oversees process improvements.
    • Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.
    • Develops detailed schedules; SDLC tracking, resource plans and status reports.
    • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
    • Supports technology team by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services.
    • Acts as advisor or coach or motivator to team and mainly new DEV and business analysts.
    • Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
    • Persuades and influences others through and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.
    • Ability to identify issues and manage them with appropriate risk management process.
    • Manage program scope by assessing requirements changes, by determining and conveying impact on budget, time, and risk.
    • Demonstrates capacity to work in highly pressured & volatile environments.
    • Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders across technology and business areas.
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • PMP/ Agile Scrum Master/SAFe RTE certifications preferred (not mandatory).
