It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.Job DescriptionFault management/configuration of Cisco, Nokia Router is a must.Fault management/configuration of Fortinet Firewall in required to be done.Trouble Ticket handlingCustomer Issue handlingEnsure to Acknowledge and close TT within SLA/OLAPrepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a Node /system/servicesEmergency Handling and chronology preparationCoordinating with care/vendor team for handling resolved casesInterfacing with other Technical TeamsCoordinating with field team if onsite support required on faultsHand over and activity sheet preparationVery Good knowledge about Nortel DWDM / Nokia DWDM / Huwaie DWDM / Ceragon Microwavevery good knowledge about Configuration of Trasport Service configurationAbility to identify problems and act accordingly as per defined processEnsuring Post check of activities done during MW period.Job Responsibilities & Competencies* Flexible to work in 24*7 ( 10 to 12 Night Shift , if required ) * Able to handle Pressure * Self Learner * Good Communication Skills *Command on Subject * Ready to support Team members Technology in charge of providing high level resolutionQualificationsBachlore of Engineer in Electrical / Electronics / MSC IT / or relevent degree Nokia Certified will be added advantageImagine creating technology that has the potential to change the world.
