Job Description

    You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Robotics Process Automation / Alteryx / Visualization tools, etc. You have found the right teamAs the RPA Developer / Associate in our Data Solutions Operations team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm Job Responsibilities :
    • Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
    • Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools and also provide post deployment support incase of production issues outside of work hours.
    • Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
    • Work with Operations, Change Management Team, Centre of Excellence, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects ensuring business requirements are captured
    • Translate the business requirements into technical approaches and designs that can be documented and implemented.
    • Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes) and ensure LOB governance model is followed
    • Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
    Required Qualification
    • 5+ years experience in financial services
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere, programming languages like Python, VB Script, JS, C#.Net.
    • Understanding of workflow-based logic and ability to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects.
    • Experience developing and consuming APIs.
    • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills including attention to details and complex troubleshooting methods.
    • Excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative
    Preferred Qualification
    • UiPath experience is highly preferred
    • UiPath RPA Developer certifications
    • Knowledge of Instabase, Alteryx, Tableau, OwlDQ, Signavio
    • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning desirable but not mandatory.
