Auditing the activities of diverse departments, reporting the results to leadership and the Audit committee and recommending controls if appropriate this dedicated team makes sure that our organization is a fully compliant success.Join us as a Team Manager - CFS Controls on our CFS (Customer and Finance Services) Controls team in India to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you ll achieve You will be responsible to manage team of 16 team members based in all regions. The main scope of the team is to provide revenue recognition assurance through continuous check of placed orders by OP. You will also responsible to ensure the work is executed in accordance to existing SoX Control linked to the teams work. Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group. You will:
• Manages the hiring, staffing and maintenance of a diverse and effective workforce located across the globe
• Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members. Ensures compliance with operating procedures and corporate policies
• Interfaces with and supports both internal and/or external customers and maintains associated records, prepares related reports and manages to business level metrics
• Communicates regularly and effectively with leadership and team by focusing on influencing and delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards and vision
• Manages team members responsible for quality audit of selected orders and determines appropriate Controls procedures to support the business needs. Also identifies opportunities for process improvements for direct team

• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience (2+ years managerial/leadership experience)
• Provides leadership and direction to team members by being responsible for defining the team s critical success factors
• Builds and owns the knowledge management framework and processes. Ensures compliance with relevant legislation
• Responsible for small to mid sized project with impact on the entire function or process
• Translates strategic direction into operational and tactical duties
Desirable Requirements
• Solid ability to lead team(s) simultaneously across functions applying organizational agility with business acumen and strategic ability
• Work effectively with senior management and have strategic planning abilities
