Job Description

    Cloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services. It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia s enterprise solutions, core network.This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.The team you ll part of CNS, BA, Analytics DomainYou will have an exciting opportunity to work in the ever-changing Telecommunication Industry. As a member of Analytics domain, of our Business Applications organization, you will be a part of a team whose objectives are to deliver in an environment where openness, trust and autonomy are encouraged, each team member selects the tasks to work on and exchanges daily with his/her team mates on the progress and challenges.PurposeProvides leadership for technical delivery of Analytics Projects to Tier 1, 2 or 3 CSPs. Drive the projects for successful outcome within timeline and cost.What you will learn and contribute to
    1. Engage closely with a customer in delivering solutions to fulfil customer s needs by understanding the customer s challenges and architectures.
    2. Acts as a primary interface to the customer and Nokia internal teals in ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the customer relationship.
    3. Liaise with Customer Solution Architects, Presales Archictes as well as with Product Managers, Market Services Project manager and 3rd party product manager to align customer requirements with available generic solutions, Nokia products and 3rd party products.
    4. Ensure smooth field deployment and System Integration.
    5. Manage the projects/program with resources, cost and quality.
    6. Manage the project finances (Cost & Revenue) and ensure Annual Plan for the market is met w.r.t Revenue and Sales Margin
    7. Work closely with Customer Delivery Managers (BGDM) and local finance teams to ensure revenue realization happens as per milestones defined.
    8. Technically understand Analytics Solution offerings and represent Domain in various calls with Market Services (GBC) or with end Customers.
    9. Understand and participate in product customization definition, requirement definition and analyze requirements.
    10. Coordinate multiple teams like Dev, Deployment, QA, R&D, and Market services and drive Project delivery.
    11. Manage the internal team members as well as partner commitments and plan the projects accordingly.
    12. Drive Design for Serviceability (DFS) initiatives. Consolidate, open, track and drive all serviceability requests from the Services domain
    13. Team Capacity and Competence Build Up, Partner Management
    14. Manage target KPIs Including Delivery, People, Financial and others
    15. Work in coordination with Stream Managers & Solution Managers
    Your skills and experience
    1. Bachelors in Engineering with 15-18 Yrs of experience in Service Delivery Management, OSS/IT Management, in managerial/leadership roles
    2. Experience in E2E program management across multiple domains and leading global teams with strong industry standard project management skills.
    3. Experience in Strategizing business development and efficiency programs through transformation/transition.
    4. Very strong Leadership skills with good experience in Resource management in the areas of resourcing, competence development, efficient process handling, delivery & Business performance
    5. Manage the projects/program with resources, cost and quality delivery planning of team strength numbering more than 50(internals as well as subcons
    6. Deep experience in Wireless telecom domain standards: 2G, 3G, LTE, etc. and knowledge in NGOSS, eTOM, and OSS/J
    7. Excellent Knowledge of Service KPIs, KQIs.
    8. Must have proven and excellent System/Solution Integration background
    9. Experience in strategizing and planning the portfolio is desirable
    10. Ability to lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of medium to large business unit level Information Technology (IT) based solutions (typically within multiple technology or specialty areas).
    11. Having Software developing experience for about 6-7 years is desirable.
    12. Be able to provide architectural direction for multiple medium sized projects concurrently. For larger engagements, a single active project is reasonable.
    13. Familiar with architectural, development and operational methodologies (e.g., Zachman, TOGAF, Information Technology (IT) service Management, (ITSM) )
    14. Good experience in large and complex System Integration Projects involving Software customization
    15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    16. High level of analytic skills, customer orientation, structure, Systematic working attitude and result-oriented approach
    17. Work independently and have the ability to think and communicate in a structure/clear/simple manner
    18. Personal commitment and ownership of tasks
    19. Strong in process & good understanding of Global/Remote delivery and Operations.
    20. Past Experience in leading successful teams/virtual teams towards customer delivery in alignment with Organizational requirements. Strategizing and planning of portfolio in New service introduction, end-to-end product cycle management etc
    21. Decides upon compensation and benefits within budget limits & Ensures that the line organization and the various projects work in harmony with each other
    22. Cooperate with the team to resolve complex matters
    23. Support report writing/Critical presentation as required by management
    24. Drive realization of the agreed requirement either by self or directing a team
    25. Multi product support needing skills in Analytics Domain.
