Job Description

    • International Technical Voice support - Technical Support.( SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN INTERNATIONAL BPO in technical process )
    • SALARY _ 5 LAKHS TO 6.25 LAKHS
    • Qualification : Minimum HSC And above
    • Immediate Joiners Required within a week
    • Should have knowledge in technical - Troubleshooting ,Networking and computer issues Etc.
    • Must have excellent communication in English *
    • Work from office, If the candidate are ready to relocate to Chennai can apply.
    • Only experienced persons having experience Minimum 1 year and above in International bpo in technical support
    • Providing Technical support includes troubleshooting and networking
    • To provide voice support to the customers
    • Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
    • Malware detection and OS issues
    • Should be flexible for rotational night shifts
    • 9 Hours rotational night shifts working including 1 hour break
    • 5 days working and 2 days rotational week off
    • Transport: Free Door step pick up and drop Cab facility is provided within 15km to 20km of boundary limit
