Job Description

Works on moderately complex assignments that require broad project management. Generally, manages medium to large projects. Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment.What you will be doing

  • Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
  • Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers
  • Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions
  • Organize and write supporting documents for products
  • Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users understanding
What you bring:
  • 3 to 7 years experience working as a business and/or technical writer in the payments space.
  • Highly experience in MS Word.
  • Intermediate knowledge in SnagIT, Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Good Experience in IT Industry with BFSI domain
  • Self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment
  • Good business writing skills that addresses the end state audience the document is intended for use
Added bonus if you have:
  • Knowledge of FIS products and services
  • Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
