Show More We offerJoining fast growing technology company, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly talented Talent Acquisition team, as well as our wider People function.Show More Key responsibilities- Build the foundation of Maersk sourcing team by partnering with internal and external stakeholders - Define & implement slick, robust and scalable best in class sourcing processes - Develop local & regional sourcing strategies to support Maersk rapid expansion - Source passive talent using a variety of tools - Design sourcing best practice documentations and training material - Nurture, attract and engage passive candidates - Pro-actively crate talent & market mapping - Generate creative sourcing strategies for each specific role - Provide work class and candidate experience - Manage daily sourcing targets- Source, engage and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels- Demonstrate expert level of understanding of talent needs by participating in meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of responsibility as well as managing expectations- Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the sourcing process; share feedback and track all engagements and activity.- Educate candidates on the career growth potential & benefits- Take ownership of the sourcer roles within the Diversity & Inclusion Accountability Matrix; understand diversity goals and where we have opportunities to support efforts in sourcing.- Provide meaningful market data in support of client and recruiting needsShow More We are looking for- Previous sourcing experience in fast pace environment - Highly innovative sourcing skills (Social media, deep search, extensions etc .)- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail- Passion for finding the best talent - Creative mind with a keen eye on Diversity & Inclusion - Good understanding of Engineering, Product, Cloud technology - Fluent in Boolean search across a wider range of platforms and tools- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive nature for keeping stakeholders up to date - Fluent in English- Experience using an applicant tracking system is desirable,
