Job Description

    Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program. Presenting and describing the features, benefits, and value of the product or service being offered. Answer potential clients questions about home improvement projects or goals. Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules. Maintain computer, telephone, and other equipment. Addressing any questions, objections, or concerns that potential customers may have in a professional and persuasive manner. Communicate any problems, concerns, or questions to supervisory staff. Keeping detailed records of each call, including information about the lead, the outcome of the call, any follow-up actions required, and feedback received. Always communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to. stay competitive in the telemarketing space.Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in Tele-marketing industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Creative thinker with a passion for marketing trends and best practices. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to Handle Online related queries of Image star.
