They have to ensure that franchisees receive the corporate message regarding vision, business strategy, promotions and products and offer effective support to them which results in the overall success of the organization.Responsible to organize and plan for achieving the corporate goals for network development and for maximizing the returns on investment for the franchise partners. Must ensure that franchisees receive the corporate message regarding vision, business strategy, promotions and products and offer effective support to them which results in the overall success of the organization.Works with the Franchise owners to develop Marketing and customer acquisition plans and enable the franchise partners to implement the plansEvaluates and analyzes program results and presents recommendations for changes in strategy.Responsible for the P/ L of the Franchises assigned and steer towards making them run profitably.Leverages metrics and research where appropriate to define and track performance against goals mapped to centre objectives and targets, adjusting as new data comes inMaintains a deep understanding of the marketing imperatives, product and service roadmap, and competitive dynamics in the marketplace for each centreStatus report generation, conducting review meetings, and ongoing centre support.Ensures effective coordination with centres to ensure systems and processes required for efficient conduct of the business are implementedRequirements:2- 5 years experience in franchise development and successful network management in education industry in the school/ after school segmentStrong interpersonal abilities to work with multiple stakeholders, disciplines and teams as well as external vendors and agency partnersExperience in developing for partner centres Marketing plans and budgets, monitoring, reviewing performance, providing timely feedback for corrective actions leading to achieving resultsAbility to be flexible in a changing work environment and to work well under pressureResults oriented mindset and manages to get things done in a deadline driven environment.Proven track record of digesting data and deriving insights that lead to actionable recommendations and uses intuition and experience to complement dataStrong written, oral communication, presentation skillsWillingness to travel extensively as required and develop understanding of local business dynamicsA strong focus on result orientation and being a self- starter to make things happen in a fast paced Work environment.Excited to be part of a team to steer a new concept and navigate through unchartered territoriesA strong desire to communicate and work with teams, franchise partners and other stakeholders to achieve the business goals.Possess strong stakeholder relationship management expertise, along with detailed and clear communication skills, with a focus on efficient project and timeline execution,
