Job Description

    Short DescriptionTo ensure achievement of monthly & annual business plan with a growth in market share and Channel Management - Ensure availability of genuine spare parts & Understanding market dynamics and suggest appropriate measures (network, pricing and new initiatives of competition). Key Responsibilities
    • Responsible for implementing business sales strategies in assigned markets.(Spare Parts)- Sales Planning & Forecasting(Market Share)
    • Strategizing ways to expand network and fortify the relationship with the existing distributor partners.(MART/MCRT)
    • Strengthening and expanding the footprint by new distributor Appointment within the approved geographies.(New HGPD Appointment) & Inventory Management at HGPD S
    • Conducting continuous Competition analysis to evaluate and establish understanding of their Pricing, Market share, Product Information, Network Coverage.(PG & ABP Parts Coverage& Driving Scheme)
    • Digitalisation-CRM Usage & Facilitate systems / process audits (internal / external), Exposure of Business Intelligence & Business Strategy.
    • HGO Penetration-Market share
    • Implementation of PBO & Evaluate the Inventory maintained and parts service ratio provided to Customer for better planning of ordering system resulting in proper inventory management and better service
