Job Description

    Job descriptionPosition: Trainee / Junior Recruiter / Recruiter (Manpower Consultancy)Work Location: Anna Nagar(Chennai)Working Days - Monday to SaturdayOffice Timings - 9.30 AM to 6:00 PM (Work From Office Only)Roles and Responsibilities
    • Handling multi-client requirements vacancies for sourcing profiles within TAT
    • Sourcing candidates through various sources job portals, references,etc, etc.
    • Screening Candidate profiles to ensure fitment of profile to the open positions
    • Scheduling candidates with client location as per the interview calendar
    • Follow-up with candidates through out the process of interview schedule and appearance/outcome collection
    • Collection of Documents from Selected candidate timely for submission to client
    • Follow-up with offered candidate for onboarding with client.
    • Performance Tracker Report submission on daily basis
