Are you an expert in Learning Management Systems, can you maintain our learning platform, troubleshoot issues, and help drive adoption globally while guiding day-to-day use of the LMS As the Learning Delivery Administrator, you will facilitate the implementation of operational learning worldwide, minimize the operational burden of learning on our learning design and delivery teams, optimize learning delivery processes, and track global learning management, and learner performance data.In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assuring the operational readiness of the Amazonians responsible for delivering world class B2B support through the administration of Amazon Business learning paths and programs. You will support the publishing and testing of learning content, deep dive and troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimization of learning workflows including training intake requests, scheduling, evaluation, data management, and documentation of standard operating procedures. Your primary responsibility is to help our audiences be more effective and productive in their roles.Other responsibilities in this role include: Managing learning curricula on Learning Management System (LMS). Assigning Amazon Business CS associates to online and instructor led learning experiences and events. Publishing learning content to the LMS, conducting user experience testing, evaluation and continuous improvement activities. Coordinating and scheduling training classes globally. Operating as the liaison between trainers, managers, and learners to coordinate training schedules and completions. Acting as a Point of Contact (POC) for trainees participating in the training activities. Tracking and reporting the evaluation and performance of training programs, and the performance of the learning audience. Partnering with CS Analytics Operations, and Quality Management office on the incorporation of training data into other systems through APIs. Championing the development and deployment of associate communication and engagement for all projects and programs Managing inbound and outbound communications regarding learning delivery projects and programs. Ensuring proper implementation of standard onboarding, upskill and ongoing training processes globally. Implement Amazon s enterprise LMS best practices and customize as needed to meet the needs learning needs of Amazon Business CS organization. Developing and maintaining LMS training/job aids, and train key CS stakeholder on LMS functionality Monitoring/responding to LMS questions and troubleshooting as needed. Managing priorities across a very diverse group of international stakeholders. May be required on some occasions to work flexible working hours, which may include evenings/nights) in support of client scheduling and/or time-sensitive escalations., BA/BS degree or 1+ year of experience in a relevant field such as instructional technology, educational technology, organizational development, capacity planning, scheduling. Learning Management System administration experience in a large-scale, corporate environment, including end-user training and day-to-day support of the system. 1+ years of project management and program management experience. 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint. Track delivery of complex, strategic projects. Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills. Experience working with global stakeholders. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as KNet, Maestro, Canvas, Moodle, or Blackboard, etc. Able to perform well in spite of complex or ambiguous challenges. Experience working with remote teams. Able to build positive and productive collaborative relationships with business partners. Experience with eLearning authoring applications such as Rise, Captivate, Storyline, and Camtasia.
