Job Description

    You will join a team of 5 people developing and implementing first-in-class learning solutions. The learning solutions are aimed at engineers as well as technicians conducting installation of, service and troubleshooting on our Wind Turbines. Training Development is part of Vestas Power Solutions.Responsibilities
    • Create WalkThroughs / process guides using WalkMe tool for / on various systems
    • WalkMe Insight
    • Work with SMEs to ensure right quality in the EUPs (End User Procedures)
    • Support in setup of Vestas LMS (Learning Management System)
    • Create quizzes / tests
    Qualifications
    • Bachelors / Masters in any Engineering speciallization
    • Windchill basic knowledge
    • Including experience with training
    • Possible experience in basic programming
    Competencies
    • An eye for detail and producing quality work
    • A positive attitude and see yourself as a team member
    • The ability to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
    • Good communication & IT skills
    • You are fluent in written and spoken English
    • Collaboration skills to effectively build knowledge networks and interact with and manage key stakeholders
