B.E., M.E. Experience Nature of Experience: Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design. Length of Experience: 5 - 8 years. Skill Set & Personality Traits required: A portfolio that includes wireframes, interaction flows, high-fidelity screenshots, and design specs. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate experience with end-to-end product design. Effectively communicate design strategies and decisions to Partners and the Leadership Team. Strong professionally credible with integrity. Good communication & interpersonal skills. Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
