In this role, you will support mission-critical unified communication and collaboration services for Red Hat, including voice, video, chat, mail, and calendar systems. You ll be responsible for communication standards development, implementation of best practices, project planning, management, and daily communications maintenance and support. As a Unified Communications Engineer, you will identify, prioritize, and resolve critical communication and collaboration-related issues that impact business operations.
