The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships within the transportation and logistics sector.Key Responsibilities:Brainstorming with business development team to create new project strategiesMaking new clients and handling the existing clients.Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clientsManaging company and client expectationsReviewing timeframes and budgetsCreating sales pitchesExecuting sales objectivesManaging client accountsFinding and following new sales leadsArranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clientsNegotiating sales contractsPreparing sales contracts following company rules and guidelinesBuilding trust and long-term relationships with clients/customersManaging records of sales, revenue, and other important dataMaking professional decisions in a fast-paced environmentCultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, teamleaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and resultsSalary: Up to 60,000/-Location : Nagpur, Nasik, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, HyderabadRequirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.4 to 8 years of proven experience in business development within the transportation and logistics industry, with a focus on FTL & trainers services.Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and cultivating strong client relationships.Extensive knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its specific logistics requirements.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate the value proposition of our services.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 30,000.00 - 60,000.00 per monthBenefits: Health insuranceSchedule: Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate: Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education: Bachelors (Preferred)Experience: total work: 4 years (Required) Management: 7 years (Required,
