    Roles and ResponsibilitiesAEM Sr.DeveloperRole OverviewUsing a combination of business and technology acumen and a thorough knowledge of Adobe products and roadmap, articulate Adobe high-level technical solutions to business problems and tie the solutions to program success criteriaInterpret business challenges, identify trends and emerging technologies, and recommend solution alternatives and best practicesBe able to multi-task and prioritize across multiple sales opportunities at the same timeLead cross functional teams in an Agile delivery process and be responsible for delivering first class user experiencesContribute to the continuous improvement of the development process, practices, tools and techniquesCoach and mentor other team members to share knowledge and experience and help grow the team Why You Knowledge across the Adobe Cloud Solutions, ability to solve problems for large, corporate clients in multiple sectors, working in cross-discipline, agile and distributed teams globallyIn-depth understanding of the typical Adobe use cases of Digital Platform implementations (AEM, Target, Analytics, DTM, Campaign etc.)Strong architectural skills in Adobe Experience ManagerWell versed with presales, solution and estimation for solutions involving Adobe productsGood communication skills written and oralExperience working in a top-tier agency, consulting or technology organizationNice to have working experience of Analytics, Audience Manager, Target and Campaign toolQualifications2+ years of experience in application architecture and Java/J2EE software development3+ years of experience implementing Adobe Experience Manager solutionsBachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years) work experienceExperience in systems integration and development, and package implementation with knowledge of interactive designExperience of upgrading AEM from lower version to higher, good to have on-premises to cloud upgrade and migration experienceExperience with one or more Java concepts and patterns including: Java/J2EE, JSP, Sling, JMS, OSGI, JUnit, EclipseExperience in multiple front-end web technologies including: HTML/5, CSS, JavaScript (ie.
