    Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesBelow are the required skills for the Scrum master role, with Bachelors/ higher degree, Innovative self-starter with a passion to help teams embrace Agile, Collaborative work ethic working in a fast-paced environment.7+ years of exp in leading Information Technology projects and delivering large-scale IT solutions leveraging Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).Exp in Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, etc.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).Exp in coaching Product owners in Product backlog health, prioritization, etc.Very strong understanding of the system development life cycle.
