Job Description

Collect testing needs (user stories and business, technical, and functional requirements) from Business team, Developers and functional QA team, and determine priorities that are consistent with business goals and objectives. Proactively identify methods and solutions for how to improve the usability of business applications. Post implementation monitor reporting for trends through data analysis and assure quality of the product.

  • Should collaborate with counterparts in other business units and in each technical area to ensure effective end to end testing is done for all of the products.
  • Ability to involve on user acceptance, functional, regression, and usability testing phases
  • Able to meet deadlines with a high level of creditability, integrity, professionalism, customer service and motivation.
  • Ability to work quickly with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide positive communication and objective feedback to software development project team
  • Develop and maintain business knowledge with the current market trends
  • Validate successful implementation of system issues
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Sound organizational and planning skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Communicates with thoroughness and clarity in an honest and transparent manner
  • Work effectively in a team setting as well as independently with minimal supervision and direction
