The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Create and support PayPal graphical assets with brand consistency.

• Strong conceptualization ability and visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique required
• Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Review and critique projects to maintain brand consistency, user experience, and high standard of creative quality
• Work in many different mediums, including text, paint, pencil and computer graphics to create designs that will appeal to a target audience
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Collaboration with UX analysts and web developers to deliver a consistent visual experience
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies.
