Job Description

    The Copywriter is required to develop high-quality content for a variety of digital products. This encompasses the development of unique and engaging content, editing, proofreading and refinement of the content in accordance with individual customer s requirement. The Copywriter should also have good task management and organisational skills. Strong understanding of advertising, SEO conversion and marketing is an added advantage. Detailed duties and responsibilities: Creatively research and write all levels of copy for each digital product as per requirements Performing quality checks, editing and proofreading content to ensure they meet client requirements Ensuring content for all digital products are delivered within agreed SLAs and quality guidelines Making requested copy changes to existing sites when requested, in a timely and accurate manner Collaborate with a team of copywriters to fulfil all content requirements Work closely with the designers, fulfilment experts and the QA specialist to handle client escalations Develop and maintain good relationships with key customer stakeholders Ensure compliance with floor & company policies. Stay up to date with changes in the process flow or changes in the company and/or floor policy Participate in process improvement initiatives started in the process. Interfaces: Team Lead, Deputy Manager, Manager Operation in case of escalations, Clients onsite. Reporting to: Team Lead REQUIRED SKILLS Technical skills Excellent MS-Outlook and MS-Word skills. Experience working with Online Website Builder platforms such as DUDA or similar. Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones. Ability to develop innovative and engaging content to meet customer goals. Ability to think laterally especially while creating headlines and taglines for websites and blogs. Ability to create content that will stand out and perform well on search engines. Good understanding of website/Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) concepts, strategies, policies and best practices and a demonstrated ability to create this content. High standards of accuracy in grammar usage and spelling. Excellent eye for detail. Behavioural skills Ability to comprehensively communicate with internal customers, colleagues and superiors, both face-to-face and via telephone and email Self-driven and precise work approach Highly self-motivated to achieve high standards in both quantity and quality Integrity and desire to comply with all legal and moral standards Service oriented and customer focussed Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks appropriately Ability to recognise when issues need escalation Excellent attention to detail, and high standards of accuracy Great research, organisational and learning skills EXPERIENCE 2+ years of relevant experience EDUCATION Undergraduate/Graduate 100% of the profiles [Creative or language-based degrees/diplomas preferred],
