ChennaiAt Vakilsearch, we advise hundreds of customers every day to set up their business by guiding them for their tax and business compliance, IP and legal compliances.We are looking for smart lawyers to join our Business Advisory team as expert advisors.If you are a lawyer with a minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience, talking to customers comes naturally for you and aspiring for an ambitious career, then you are the ideal fit!Any of the following skills will be preferred :1. Experience of advising startups/ corporates on regulatory, licensing and compliance matters.2. Drafting of contracts, negotiations, due diligence of commercial transactions.3. Research and advisory on Companies Act, Information Technology laws, investment laws etc.4. Understanding of trademark, copyright and intellectual property laws.Job Requirements :1.
