    Job Description - As a leader in the HR transformation team, you work with the business and CoEs to drive change management, organisation development initiatives across the global organisation.Client Details:Our client is one of the largest growing IT organisations in India with a global presence.Description:- Drive large scale HR transformation projects for the organization across change management, organization development, talent management, workforce planning, HR operations.- Lead project work streams from planning to implementation.- Be able to influence stakeholders to gain support for any change initiatives / decisions.- Identify, effectively manage and mitigate any risks and issues.Profile:- You will have at least 12 years of experience post MBA from a reputed institute.- Experience working with leading IT / Consulting firms, driving large scale projects across the organization.- Strong leadership skills and executive presence.- Ability to be collaborative, flexible and creative.,
