Key skills required for the job are:VMware Server Admin-L4, (Mandatory) . Minimum work experience: >10 YEARS n nMust have experience in Core VMWare system administration. n nPower CLI scripting experience is mandatory. n nPart of VMware ESXi operation team and manage end to end in VMware production environment. n nFamiliar in Migration and Upgrade activities which includes ESXi and Virtual Center Upgrades n nExperience in vDS and Standard Switch configurations and troubleshooting n nConfiguration knowledge and Troubleshooting skills in NFS, iSCSI & SAN storages n nAnalyze and troubleshoot ESX production related issues. n nComplete Knowledge in Hardware troubleshooting which includes Blade / Rack Servers from HP, Dell and IBM. n nKnowledge on ITIL process - Change, Incident & Problem management. Banking domain experience will be an added advantage nGood interpersonal, communication and presentation skills n nNeed positive and self-learning attitude, driving the team as well the ability to work independently. As a Senior Consultant, you should have depth and breadth of technical / functional/ domain know-how. You should be able to work independently on defining solution for a mid side, complex projects or contribute to solution of a program. You are expected to specialize in a technology/domain/functional competency area. You should be able to prepare a road map for the competency/industry segment in form of competitive service offerings. You should get involved in practice reusable component inventory and knowledge management. You are expected to represent the practice/domain in deal negotiations in the sales support cycle, or lead delivery issue resolutions when required.
