Orrcon Steel is a manufacturer of steel tube and pipe andleading Australian steel distributor with nationallyrecognised brands.Supervising a high performingteam, you will be focused on delivering exceptional service, developing strong working relationships with all internal/external stakeholders and championing a safety culture, including leading safety and productivity improvement projects. You will be required to coordinate with freightplanning teams as well as transport carriers to ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.What Will You Do This role will see you focusing on delivering key targets for the area to which you are assigned responsibility. Your activities will see you:
    • lead the shift operations team to achieve business targets and ensure operations are within standards, having regard for safety, environment, quality and costs
    • requires the direct supervision of the operational activities and pursuit of business improvements
    • drive a high performance culture
    • engage the team to maximise both individual and team outputs through active supervision principles
