Job Description

    Must have Skills & Experience Required- 4 years of strong business analysis experience within HR Domain.- Good domain understanding of HR applications like Workday and HR practices in employee life cycle.- Good understanding of cloud data platforms, integrations, APIs, and reporting tools.- Proven track record of having strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high focus on your customers.- Aware of the AGILE terminologies and should have knowledge of AGILE tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.- Knowledge of data querying & analysis will be an added advantage.Good to Have- Prior experience of handling workforce data on any HR tool.- Understanding of HR KPIs to take data driven decisions.
