Job Description

    About the DepartmentInvest India is the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. It hosts teams working with various government initiatives such as Make in India, Startup India, AGNii, and PMG.Key Responsibilities :- Contribute to the development and implementation of Invest Indias multilateral engagement strategy and thought leadership in the investment space.- Support engagement and relationship management with more than 100 external partners including International IPAs, Multi-lateral agencies, and Indian Associations among others.- Help to organize and facilitate discussions and communications around key multilateral working areas. Liaise proactively with counterparts across different IPAs and multilateral agencies to ensure alignment of engagement strategies.- Support planning, coordination, and logistics, often across multiple teams, for meetings and other international activities as needed. Provide timely input via briefings for events and other multilateral engagement activities involving external and internal audiences.Qualifications:- Masters degree in International Relations, Business/Finance or similar with two or more years experience in multilateral relations, public affairs, political science, or other related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience- Knowledge of multilateral institutions, platforms, and initiatives- Self-motivated, creative, excellent organizational skills, proven ability to perform multiple tasks- Excellent interpersonal skills with a willingness to work in a team environment- Excellent English writing and editing skills- Strong PowerPoint and slide design skills,
