At present, the company has more than 5000 employees and has serviced millions of borrowers to accomplish their dreams.The group has diversified into the education segment and is running two schools. The schools are part of one of the largest private school chains in India. The schools have a flourishing family of 350 teachers and 6500 students. The leadership team at the helm of the company has demonstrable experience in financial services and has built the company by upholding the trust of its customers.As a AVP Strategy Planning, you will be will driving the development and execution of a comprehensive planning philosophy, business strategy and direction of the organization. And overseeing the organizations Strategic Development, Planning & Execution of new projects, Competition Analysis & Market study. What you will do: - Monitoring & supporting execution of projects/initiatives under Corporate Strategy team- Working with the executive team, collaborate to establish vision and strategy, and ensure that all senior leaders are in alignment with the strategy- Participating in/managing/leading the organisation related projects and Regularly monitor & report on the progress of the projects internally- Secretarial role for monthly review meetings with Business and HO functions projects- Frequently interacting with senior management levels at a client and/or within PDL, which involves presenting analysis and recommendations, facilitating workshops, and negotiating or influencing on significant matters- Creating and executing Product strategy & Go-to-market strategy with respect to overall business goals and organization vision- Conducting market research and opportunity assessment to validate the product strategy and provide directions- Managing internal and external stakeholders and ensure right communication and strategic partnerships- Sharing periodic reports on the business growth and prospects of Live products with required stakeholders- Leading the day-to-day Business Operations for the products being handled and to a limited extent, IT operations, for successful execution of business- Defining product success metrics and analysing product performanceSupport in strategy related activities: - Identifying/monitoring important trends in the market and assess implications/ opportunities for PDL- Accessing impact of proposed new laws and regulations on the strategies of the company- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations as per requirements of PDL and other stake holder which includes supporting PDL strategic planning cycle- Participating in relevant MPG communities and facilitate sharing of best practices- Market research as per strategy requirements- Providing solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of our customer strategic/organizational objectives- Leading the business, strategy, sales, expansion, and operations of a full-fledged branch platform that is currently being developed by the Group.- Creating business plan with Product roadmap, financial forecasting, Revenue management, P&L management, and Customer Service & Drive sales and product adoption across existing and new markets of MPG.- Serving as a strategic resource for client relationship, account vision/planning and profitability.- Continuous market analysis to understand customer pain points and validate assumptionsSupport in preparing and improving the Business Intelligence reports:- Engaging with knowledge consultants on business intelligence research and analysis- Help in preparation of quarterly and monthly business intelligence reports, especially wrt. qualitative inputs.- Researching, monitoring and reporting on important news coverage regarding financial services sectors, FinTech, NBFC, etc- Leading strategy engagements; Synthesizes numerous analytic efforts to draw meaningful conclusions, identify implications for recommendations, and achieve client buy-in- Assessing and managing risks and issues, ultimately ensuring that project objectives are achieved What you need to have: - PG / MBA in Finance & Strategy is a must.- 3/4 years + of experience in handling a similar role in an NBFC MFI sector- 3/4+ years of progressive experience in planning, managing and executing multi-channel, multi-segment strategic plans- Excellent analytical ability and Business Process Re-engineering- Proficient in Customer acquisition & retention- Fairly good understanding of Indian NBFC marketplace and driving business for retail products- Ability to design and visualize mid-level customer journeys and process flows- Ability to work with senior management, Directors offices, technical teams, and field teams to promote world-class products- Strong delivery focus, ability to work by objectives and against targets to unleash growth potential- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills- Apply strategic thinking on overall perspective on business issues, activities and discuss their wider implications and long-term impact- Proficient in facilitating decisions and risks, run collaborative product & design activities to influence others and build consensus,
