Job description: About our Team The Global People Analytics (GPA) team is made up of over 300 analytics, reporting, solution architecture, product owner, development, data science, and change management/training professionals around the world whose mission is to provide Accenture business and HR leaders with strategic and operational analytics and insights to enable data-led decision making. Our Business Architecture people effectively balance the needs of our business stakeholders with the capabilities of our technology partners to steer and guide us toward the optimal solutions. This role is focused on our Core and Executive & Integrated portfolios, which handle the largest components of the overall people analytics portfolio. Reports to: Business Architecture Portfolio Lead Responsibilities Provide functional and technical expertise in the area of reporting and analytics solutions in coordination with other members of the project team. Collaborate with AIA team to ensure right data sets are shared from Workday and HRRA on AIA platform. Ensure required data governance guidelines compliance Proactively involve in data escalations; work with respective partners to recommend apt working solutions. Translate business needs and requirements into functional and technical specifications and ensures the final solution meets the requirements. Create and maintain effective standards and governance for reporting architecture. Understand and apply industry best practices to drive the development of the most effective and optimal solution for the need. Think critically and creatively to brainstorm additional reporting solutions that are relevant, scalable, and fit-for-purpose. Experience and Education Experience (minimum 3 years) experience with HR systems, data and reporting metrics across a Global spectrum Experience (or equivalent training/education) in roles requiring a balance of business/functional and technical skills and knowledge. Experience leading or supporting project / solution development with a focus on the solution engineering or architecting aspects of the project. Experience working on complex problems with multiple options for solutions. Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications suitable for development. Experience working with data using capabilities like SQL and/or Google Cloud Platform query tools Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to navigate uncertainty and complex requirements to recommend relevant and suitable solutions. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize/select suitable solutions. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Skilled in SQL or other relational database query tools. Skilled in report development (Reporting Services, Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.). Exposure to Workday reporting would be a plus. Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platforms/Data Lake.,
