Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate at LearnMedix. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a vital role in driving LearnMedixs growth and expanding our presence in the healthcare industry. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.Responsibilities:1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities2. Forge strategic partnerships3. Build and nurture relationship4. Conduct market research5. Collaborate with the marketing team6. Represent LearnMedix at events7. Assist in sales material developmentQualifications:- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the healthcare or technology industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for identifying opportunities.- A passion for healthcare and technology, with a deep understanding of the medical education landscape.- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Perks:Flexible working hours.No talktime criteria for attendance.5-Day WorkingHealth Insurance to all the permanent employeesSalary:Stipend of Rs.5000/- on successful completion of training program.CTC - 5 LPA ( 3 LPA FIXED 2 LPA VARIABLE).
