Responsible for new business development and Manage the Domestic Sales Program to maximize company growth.Develop and implement Sales Plans to target , penetrate , qualify , define , propose , close and contract new business revenue for the company.Involved in the complete business cycle of marketing , required to handle opportunity sourcing to negotiating and deal closing.Continually develop new business within various regions and industries and build collaboration modelsSupport the pre-sales activities - Quote prices , prepare proposals.Drive the sales effort / annual business plan and execute campaigns in collaboration with the inside sales team , presales team and solutions delivery teamPipeline Management , sale discipline and front ending of business development activitiesKey performance metrics will include revenue achievement relative to goals and contribution marginGenerate key ideas and conceptual frameworks and provide the feedback to build team as part of a sales bid or thought leadershipRequirementsGood communications skills and organization skillsAbility and desire to learn new applications / processes / environmentShould have knowledge of MS Office , including Word , Outlook and Excel.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience,
