Job Description

    Role: CIS Marketing Lead Digital Workplace, Digital Networks, IOT BSM AI Ops Business Line: Cloud & Infrastructure Services Location: Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore, India Level: Senior Manager Position Summary: Be the key point of contact for building market awareness, content & messaging development and running campaigns, partner marketing & customer advocacy for large portfolio of Digital Network, Digital Workplaces Services, IOT and large portfolio within Cloud Infra Services Marketing team. The person should be familiar with all the stages of the buying life-cycle and align Marketing programs that drives momentum at various stages through a mix of demand generation, awareness programs, thought leadership, digital and social media plans and through the leverage of ecosystem partners. Key Result Areas Develop and manage workplaces services business line marketing plan and budget for the Europe markets, and execute marketing activities to drive CIS marketing generated and marketing influenced pipeline. Role measurement will be in success against quarterly goals (i.e. marketing programs, analyst ranking, content asset creation, thought leaderships and service line pipeline) Roles & Responsibilities: Core responsibilities Work with the GBL Sales Head and SMU Marketing Teams on geo / SMU specific market penetration programs Outstanding in Campaign Conceptualization and execution. A passion for measuring outcome from digital platforms and channels. Collaborate with practice heads to support development & launch of GTM / marketing collaterals for new offering and upgrade all exiting content to showcase campaign driven artifacts Build strategy for creating marketing awareness and market development in the Europe geography Develop and execute events/campaigns (digital) and other activities to help build marketing generated pipeline Develop and execute activities with sales / presales /Large deals team through deal interventions, client visits to help build marketing influenced pipeline Collaborate with SMU marketing teams to build stronger stories and ABM programs Help build a better CIS brand awareness among customers, analysts and competition through strong social media campaigns Empower & build better positioning with the analyst communities Ownership of research papers/POV whitepapers for Institution/Industry/Media Alignment & collaboration with corporate marketing to ensure compliance and support. Reporting of Weekly, monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports to Marketing and CIS Business Leaders Qualifications: Preferred Qualification 10+ years in B2B marketing with minimum 3 years of experience in team management. Full time MBA preferred with relevant experience in Technology Marketing. Self-directed and comfortable in highly demanding environments Strong project management skills and high attention to detail and quality deliverables Comfortable working in a highly matrixed, culturally diverse, globally distributed organization,
