Job Description

    Executive/ Sr. ExecutiveHuman ResourcesShared ServicesLead Shared Services/Associate Manager Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Permanent and Fulltime About the role: This role is accountable and responsible for being the process owner for Time, Attendance & Leaves and creation of data driven environment in shared services, bringing operational excellence in HR shared services delivery and process excellence. A self-initiating, independent role which requires planning, acting, delivering, monitoring end to end process that look beyond the present state of the business and focus on major long-term change. Responsibilities:
    • Be an internal domain expert on Time, Attendance & Leaves and should be able to independently run the process.
    • It will include monitoring end to end Time & Attendance for the employees & manage employee Leaves Pan India with operational excellence .
    • Carry out Daily, Monthly & Quarterly activities and share the inputs with Payroll on LOP, Long Leaves , Absconds, and other reports within the specified SLA.
    • Process Trainee and Contract employee attendance on their month end billing.
    • Extensive communication with employees and other stakeholders around the process.
    • Orienting the new hires around time & attendance and leave policy.
    • Ensure high quality response towards employee queries ,manage helpdesk around Time, Attendance and Leave . Continuous involvement in revamping of processes, system and bring in the innovative ideas by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to deliver the requirements in planned timelines.
    • Manage and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
    • Perform other role-related duties as needed
    Technical requirements: SAP HR Module Good on Excel- Mandatory Good hands-on knowledge and experience of HR shared services processes and systems Behavioral skills:
    • Candidates should be SMART, Well SPOKEN, Enthusiastic etc
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Good communication skill
    • Able to handle the large scale operations
    • Ability to work in diverse teams
    • Solution oriented approach
