Job Description

    Company Introduction Sheru is monomaniacally focused on accelerating the electric revolution in India. Weve started by targeting the largest installed base of Electric Vehicles - E-Rickshaws (92% of EVs in India), upgrading them with swappable Li-ion battery packs, helping drivers DOUBLE their daily income with the AWS Lambda for batteries. So far, weve enabled 2.5M kilometres with our technology and removed 300 Metric Tons of carbon emissions in the process. Were still on day one and looking for the right folks to partner with to build, secure, and scale our platform, as well as the ecosystem of services that India currently lacks.Job Description Location - New DelhiExperience - 3-5 yearsResponsibilities:
    • Ensure profitability of the Companys Fleet Sales division through the sale of Swapping stations to the fleet operators and OEMs.
    • Should be well versed with B2B sales and corporate tie-ups.
    • Identifying target accounts and searching business contacts relevant to the companys expansion opportunities.
    • Achieve set sales targets for the department
    • Need to have strong communication skills.
    • Schedule appointments with qualified leads, do the initial meeting and work upon closure.
    • Actively manage the sales process: lead generation, credentials pitch, consultative questioning, solutions pitch, negotiations and closing.
    • Maintain client relationships and key accounts for the company.
    • Develop and maintain sales funnel.
    • Create compelling profit objectives and maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities by being up to date with the companys new product & service developments and constant analysis of clients business needs vis-a-vis the companys offerings.
    • Develop a strategic action plan for customer segmentation, competitor analysis to create value for the customers.
    Skills and Qualifications
    • Graduation from any field.
    • 3+ years in a sales role.
    • Experience in B2B sales and corporate sales
    • B2C sales.
    • Outstanding organizational skills.
    • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
