SALARY: upto 6 lacs QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate MALE/FEMALE: both EXPERIENCE: above 3 yearsSupport Head of Human Resources, People Business Partners and line managers in negotiations with Trade Unions on a wide range of company issues. Factory License - Supervising legal approvals encompassing initiation/operations of a factory Industrial Relations - To maintain industrial peace at the Unit without giving room to work stoppages or any loss of man days. To spear head talent acquisition and engagement in the Unit. Work discipline - To ensure maintenance of discipline in the factory and take appropriate disciplinary action as per the stipulated procedures whenever any act of misconduct is committed. Design and deliver an over-arching industrial relations strategy with the key focus on modernizing Trade Union relationships. Provide support to the welfare and administration of the Unit. ,
