Roles and ResponsibilitiesAbout NHA:National Health Authority (NHA) is the apex body responsible for implementing India s flagship public health insurance/assurance scheme called Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana & has been entrusted with the role of designing strategy, building technological infrastructure and implementation of National Digital Health Mission to create a National Digital Health Eco-system. National Health Authority is the successor of the National Health Agency, which was functioning as a registered society since 23rd May, 2018.NHA is governed by a Governing Board chaired by the Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare.Background about NDHM:The National Digital Health Mission (NDHM) aims to develop interoperable IT platform to integrate all digital health solutions in India. It will be UPI equivalent in healthcare. NDHM was announced by the Hon ble Prime Minister on 15th August 2020. Pilot has been launched. • Leverage industry best practices to set-up human resource management system within ABDM team
• Set-up and drive system to ensure smooth recruiting, testing, and interviewing of resources; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; and feedback
• Create and maintain a human resource management structure with ABDM team through an organogram and detailed workstream allocation plan to ensure clear accountability and transparency across teams and NHA leadership as well
• Drive various hiring processes across ABDM team by liasoning with involved agencies to share requirements from ABDMs side, and ensure timely interviews and onboarding of quality resources
• Manage contracts of various agencies / individuals involved with ABDM team (multi-vendor ecosystem) to ensure smooth functioning of the program and timely renewal / updation of contracts
• Ensure due compliance across involved organizations and individuals such as NDA, non-disclosure agreements and related documentation
• Conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
• Postgraduate degree or equivalent from a recognized university or Institution
• 7+ Years in consulting with at-least 2+ years of working on government assignments
