Job Description

Head Supply Chain/Operations Were looking for a smart, enthusiastic professional to spearhead our pan-India Operations & Supply Chain. This position will lead and direct all facets of supply chain management including, but not limited to, Operations and Planning, Logistics, Inventory/Warehouse Management for the Business.Reporting directly to the founders, you will be required to work with cross-functional teams to manage and grow the existing Supply Chain stack. Role & Responsibilities: - Manage end to end supply chain- Warehouse Management - tracking/monitoring inventory & its smooth flow & storage- Ensuring all the SLAs & TAT are maintained.- Finalization of manpower, fleet, training, resource planning, etc- LSP relations, negotiations, ensuring best price- Efficiently manage a team of 60+ members- Execute special projects to increase presence on a Pan-India basis- Successful private brands inventory management is a key performance criterion. Ideal candidate profile: - Top tier B.Tech/B.E- PG - MBA in Supply Chain Management / Operations Management (preferred)- Team handling experience is a must- 7-10 yrs. of experience in SCM processes. E-COMMERCE EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY,
